Previously, I always reached for the quickest fix for any ailment—fever, cold, or eczema meant a trip to the medicine cabinet. I was essentially just slapping band-aids on deeper issues, a habit many of us fall into without realizing. This approach seemed fine until it utterly failed my son, pushing me to seek out deeper, more meaningful solutions. That’s when I stumbled upon the holistic approach.
Now, after three to four years of living this way, I can't imagine going back. But why does a holistic approach really matter?
