Refund and Warranty Policy

Due to the immediate and permanent access to our e-books, purchases of e-books are non-refundable.

We offer a 30-Day Warranty for physical products from the date of receipt if you are dissatisfied, experience an adverse reaction, or your item arrives damaged.

  • Refund: We offer a refund for the product cost if you feel our product hasn’t met your skincare needs.

  • Store Credit: We can provide store credit equal to your original product cost if you wish to try another Scrachee product.

  • Damaged in Transit: Contact us for a refund or replacement.

  • No Returns Necessary: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not require physical returns of products.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, as shipping is considered a completed service at the time of delivery.

Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with neighbors and around your property

  • Wait 24–48 hours for possible delayed delivery

  • Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number

If the carrier confirms loss or delivery error, contact us for assistance. We may offer a refund or replacement depending on the circumstances.
If tracking confirms delivery and there is no evidence of mishandling, Scrachee LLC reserves the right to deny a refund or replacement.

Payment Policy

You agree that all billing information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. For payment plans, you agree to pay in accordance with the plan terms.

If you dispute a charge, you agree to first contact support@scrachee.com to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in loss of future access to the Website and Offerings.

Recurring Subscriptions

If you purchase a product with a recurring subscription, you authorize Scrachee LLC to charge your payment method automatically at renewal. To cancel, email support@scrachee.com at least 10 days before the renewal date.
