My son's sensitive skin couldn’t tolerate anything—even applying creams brought tears and cries of pain. Nights were spent comforting him as he scratched until his skin bled. Watching him suffer was devastating, and nothing seemed to work.

In my 20s, I left Puerto Rico searching for better opportunities, but I never expected to face something like this. When traditional treatments failed us, I turned to what felt natural—our roots. I immersed myself in holistic healing, studying integrative nutrition, gut health, and skincare formulation. I needed answers, not just for him, but for every parent navigating the same helplessness. I learned how the gut and skin are deeply connected, how ingredients matter, how healing goes beyond what we apply.

After many attempts, I finally found a formula that brought him relief. Seeing his skin gradually improve over time and watching him sleep peacefully gave us hope again.

This journey became our purpose. My husband joined me, and together we built Scrachee—a family business dedicated to helping others find comfort and healing.
