Where do you ship?
We're excited to ship our products to the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and the UK.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times vary by location and shipping option. Orders within the United States and Puerto Rico usually take 3 to 5 business days. International orders to Canada and the UK may take a little longer. Remember, the processing time of 2-3 days is in addition to the shipping time.
How much is shipping?
We offer a $5 flat rate standard shipping to the USA and Puerto Rico. Quicker delivery options like Priority Mail and Express are available at additional costs based on your location and order size. We also delight in offering free shipping for orders over $100 in the USA and Puerto Rico. For international orders, the cost is calculated based on the destination and order size. Please note, for international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees or additional costs.
Do you ship to Latin America?
Currently, we don't offer direct shipping to Latin America. However, our international customers often use courier services to receive their orders. You can place an order with us, and we'll ship it to the courier's U.S. address. Remember, you'll be responsible for any additional fees or customs charges.
How can I track my orders?
Once your order is ready for shipment, we'll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to keep tabs on your order's journey. If you need help with tracking, our support team at support@scrachee.comis always here to assist.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it's shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible for cancellation at support@scrachee.com. Once the order is in the shipping process, we're unable to cancel it.
Can I change my shipping address?
Certainly! You can change your shipping address before your order is processed. Contact us right away at support@scrachee.com with your order details for any changes.
My order says delivered, but it's not here. What do I do?
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your property, ask neighbors, and verify the shipping address. Wait 24-48 hours, as sometimes there's a delay in actual delivery. Contact the carrier for more information. If you still haven't received your package, reach out to us at support@scrachee.com. We're here to help resolve any issues.
My product has been damaged in transit. What can I do?
We're so sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please send us an email at support@scrachee.comwith your order details and a photo of the damaged product. We'll work swiftly to resolve the issue and make things right for you.
I mistakenly typed the wrong address and it already shipped, what's going to happen?
If your order has already been shipped to an incorrect address, please contact the carrier as soon as possible to see if the delivery address can be updated. In case the package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Please note that you will receive an invoice for the shipping cost of the reshipment.
